Yifat Sharabi-Levine is the Founder and CEO of Catalyst Circles, a San Francisco-based boutique consulting firm specializing in high performance leadership training and coaching.
As an Organizational Development Consultant and Coach, Yifat designs and delivers high-impact training to leaders and their teams. Her experience-driven programs are formulated to enhance personal and professional growth, increasing interpersonal and leadership effectiveness that result in a better organizational alignment when managing change.
As an ICF Master Certified Coach, Yifat is known for her empathic and results-focused style. Yifat strongly believes that people drive organizational high performance. She thinks of herself as a partner in each client’s journey towards achieving their dreams and vision, coaching them to harness their innate power while practicing ethical and impactful leadership.

Yifat is a Lecturer in Management and an Executive Coach at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, working with MBA, MSx and Stanford Executive programs students and coaching senior leaders from all over the world. She works together with students to broaden and transform their leadership potential, influencing abilities and power strategies.
Yifat also works with Organizational Behavior faculty members to create and deliver high impact courses such as Paths to Power, High Performance Leadership, Interpersonal Dynamics and Coaching & Mentoring.

Prior Work and Education
Prior to working at Stanford, Yifat worked in Human Resource Development in the High Tech industry and coached managers and executives on leadership and team development, change management, restructuring and more. Earlier in her career, Yifat worked as an Organizational Consultant in the Israeli military, managing organizational effectiveness for the IDF Medical and the Rescue and Recovery schools.
Yifat holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology at CSPP, a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Bar Ilan University and a BA with honors in Behavioral Science from Ben Gurion University in Israel. Her thesis was on CEO's and power, "How CEO's Perceive and Exercise Their Power." Yifat holds a Master Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation.
Yifat is a cofounder of various women’s groups in the bay area to support and empower women.
