The Relational Effectiveness Coach Training program is a highly experiential training for coaches who wish to acquire an in-depth understanding of human dynamics.

 

Connecting and establishing trust with the client increases our ability to catalyze growth and create change. In this training, we will introduce research-based concepts and techniques related to interpersonal dynamics. We will explore in-depth how to build, maintain and repair relationships.

Participants will have the opportunity to practice and apply the core competencies in a group setting. In addition, we will practice transferring the basic skills learned to the coaching setting. Participating in this program will enhance your interpersonal skills and significantly increase your effectiveness as a coach.

The program is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Provider:

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

Coaches who are eager for personal growth and those who would like to gain new competencies to deepen and transform their coaching relationships with their clients.

The ICF accredited program will focus on the following (International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies:

  • Co-creating trust and intimacy in the coaching relationship

  • Communicating effectively (emphasizes the ability of direct communication, mutual influence, and connecting across differences)

  • Develop interpersonal self awareness and skills

Yifat Sharabi-Levine

YIFAT SHARABI-LEVINE, PHD, MCC

Yifat Sharabi-Levine is an executive coach and lecturer in Management at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and has worked with senior leaders from all over the world. She holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology, a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology and a BA in Behavioral Science. Yifat holds a Master Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation.

DIKLA CARMEL, MA, PCC

 

Dikla is a Lecturer in Management and a  Leadership Coach at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She has worked in both multi‐billion dollar companies and Silicon Valley start‐ups. Dikla holds coaching certifications from the International Coach Federation (PCC) and the Coaches Training Institute (CPPC) and an MS in Organizational Development and Leadership.
